18 Media Advertising is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the complete hiring process in a fast-paced digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals and social media

- Screen resumes and schedule interviews

- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

- Maintain candidate database and HR records

- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities

- Prepare offer letters and internship documents

- Support employee engagement and HR operations

What We're Looking For:

Positive communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes, proficiency in MS Office, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude.
