Job Summary

The Hair Transplant Doctor is responsible for evaluating patients, planning and performing hair transplant procedures, ensuring patient safety, supervising the clinical team, and delivering high-quality aesthetic outcomes while maintaining ethical medical practice.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed consultations and scalp assessments.

Diagnose different types of hair loss and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

Determine patient suitability for hair transplant surgery.

Perform hair transplant procedures (FUE/FUT) with precision and safety.

Design natural-looking hairlines based on facial aesthetics.

Administer local anesthesia and monitor patient comfort during procedures.

Supervise graft extraction, graft preparation, and implantation.

Ensure strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.

Manage intraoperative and postoperative complications, if any.

Prescribe medications and provide postoperative care instructions.

Conduct follow-up consultations and monitor treatment outcomes.

Maintain accurate medical records and informed consent documentation.

Train and supervise nurses and technicians involved in hair transplant procedures.

Maintain compliance with medical ethics, clinic protocols,



and regulatory guidelines.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in hair restoration techniques.

Participate in patient education, treatment planning, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

MBBS with a valid Medical Council registration.

Fellowship/Certification or experience in Hair Transplant Surgery is preferred.

Experience in FUE and/or FUT procedures.

Solid knowledge of hair restoration and aesthetic medicine.

Skills Required

Working Conditions

Perform outpatient hair transplant procedures.

Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Follow clinic SOPs, infection control, and safety protocols.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
