Job in Brief: To understand the unique needs of parents and caregivers, and help them to choose appropriate products. To guide customers through their purchasing journey and make their shopping experience enjoyable, informative, and hassle-free.

● Customer Service: Greet and engage customers warmly, offering personalized assistance to identify their needs and preferences.

● Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of baby products, including strollers, car seats, clothing, feeding supplies, toys, and safety equipment, dresses and stay updated on new arrivals and trends. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage tips, helping them understand which products are best suited to their family’s needs.

● Sales Assistance: Provide accurate information, demonstrations, and product recommendations, assisting customers with decision-making to maximize satisfaction.

● Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to suggest complementary products, increasing basket size while enhancing the customer experience.

● Inventory Management: Assist with stock organization, replenishment, and display setups to ensure an inviting shopping environment.

● Checkout & Payment Handling: Manage the checkout process efficiently, ensuring transactions are accurate and providing information on warranties, returns, or exchanges when necessary.

● Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with customers, following up as necessary and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.

● Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet Store’s sales targets , share insights,



to maintain store hygiene, stacking, and maintain a positive store culture.

● Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure the store remains tidy, clean, and safe for all customers and staff.

Qualifications:

● Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, ideally in baby products, childcare, or a related field.

● Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and handle a variety of customer personalities.

● Product Knowledge: Willingness and ability to learn about baby products and stay informed on new products and trends.

● Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move products when necessary, and maintain a clean workspace.

● Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced setting and able to handle multiple customer needs simultaneously.

● Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer concerns or complaints constructively, escalating issues as needed.
