- Supervise day-to-day site activities as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Quality Engineer, and Procurement team for material requirements and approvals.
- Support in planning and scheduling of site activities for timely completion of the project.
- Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Experience: 1-6 years of site experience in building/construction projects.
- Solid technical knowledge of civil drawings, materials, and construction methods.
