The candidate will be responsible for handling order processing, maintaining sales records, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting the sales team to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, good MS Excel knowledge, and experience in sales coordination or back-office support roles.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team and customers for order processing
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and emails
- Maintain sales records and update customer databases
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams
- Track order dispatch, delivery status, and pending orders
- Support sales executives with administrative tasks

Educational Qualification
