Summary -
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead AI Engineer to lead the development of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, driving enterprise AI initiatives with strong expertise in LLMs, MLOps, and software engineering.

Responsibilities -

Lead the build-and-deploy effort while supervising engineering teams and executing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, engineering standards, and best practices.

Act as the technical lead by reviewing solution designs, providing architectural guidance, resolving technical challenges, and proactively identifying implementation risks.

Own build quality by governing codebase, MLOps, testing strategies, evaluation frameworks, code reviews, and secure software development practices.

Stay hands-on by building core AI components, reusable reference implementations, and enabling engineering teams through technical mentorship.

Mentor engineering teams and support knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders, ensuring long-term technical ownership and delivery excellence.

Requirements -

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.





8-10 years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering with strong recent hands-on coding expertise in Python (preferred), C#/.NET, or TypeScript.

Proven experience building and deploying production-grade LLM and Agentic AI solutions involving orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool/function calling, and AI evaluation.

Strong expertise in software engineering best practices including code quality, testing, version control, CI/CD pipelines, MLOps, and enterprise codebase governance.

Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, partner-led architecture environments, or similar enterprise AI technology stack is preferred.
