Job Title: Interior Designer

Location : Bangalore

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Design Consultant who can lead design projects from concept to completion , & interaction with the clients while effectively managing on-site execution ability to handle business development related meetings and collaborations. The ideal candidate will combine strong design sensibilities with hands-on site coordination skills to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning:

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, mood boards, and 3D designs
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements
- Ensure designs comply with client expectations, budgets, and timelines

Client Coordination:

- Understand client needs and present design proposals
- Ability to handle business development related meetings & collaborations
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress and approvals
- Incorporate feedback and provide design revisions accordingly

Site Coordination & Execution:

- Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and quality of work
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth execution
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Resolve in office issues and provide practical solutions





Project Management:

- Prepare project timelines and ensure timely completion
- Track material procurement and deliveries
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Vendor Coordination & Procurement

Coordinate with vendors for quotations and material sourcing

Support in preparing buyout quotations and cost estimates

Track material orders, deliveries, and site readiness

Assist in managing product selections and showroom visits

Documentation & Handover

Maintain project files including drawings, approvals, and quotations

Support preparation of handover documents and reports

Assist in post-project follow-ups and after-sales service coordination

Required Skills & Competencies

Design Skills

Basic understanding of space planning and interior design principles

Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture layouts

Technical Skills

Proficiency in:

AutoCAD

SketchUp / photoshop, vray, 3D software (preferred)

MS Office

Soft Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Willingness to learn and adapt

Team player with a proactive attitude

Ability to handle business development related meetings & collaborations
