Job Title: Physical Director

Job Summary

The Physical Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and promoting sports, physical education, fitness, and recreational activities while fostering discipline, teamwork, and overall physical well-being among students.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct physical education classes, sports training, and fitness programs.
- Organize intra-college, inter-college, university, and state/national-level sports events.
- Coach and mentor students for various sports competitions.
- Maintain sports facilities, gymnasium, and sports equipment.
- Coordinate with university and sports authorities for tournaments and related activities.
- Promote student participation in sports, yoga, and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain records of sports activities, achievements, inventory,



and budgets.
- Ensure safety and discipline during all sports and physical education activities.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the institution.

Qualification

- Master's Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) with Ph.D. in Physical Education or NET/SET qualification (Compulsory).
- Qualifications shall be as per UGC/AICTE/SPPU/Government of Maharashtra norms.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of sports coaching, physical fitness, and sports management.
- Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to organize sports events and motivate students.
- Proficiency in maintaining sports records and coordinating with regulatory bodies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
