Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor – S&T; to oversee the maintenance and operation of Railway Signalling & Telecommunication systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient functioning of signalling assets and telecom equipment across the railway network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise maintenance activities of signalling and telecommunication systems in accordance with railway standards and procedures.
- Monitor the health and performance of signalling equipment including Point Machines, Signals, Track Circuits, Axle Counters, IPS, OFC, and Telecom Systems.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize system failures and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance schedules, and quality standards.
- Lead and guide technicians during troubleshooting, fault rectification, and emergency restoration works.
- Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports,



failure analysis reports, and daily progress reports.
- Coordinate with railway officials, project teams, and contractors for smooth execution of maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of signalling and telecom installations.
- Ensure availability of tools, spares, and consumables required for maintenance works.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Railway Signalling Systems, Interlocking, Track Circuits, Axle Counters, Point Machines, IPS, and OFC Networks.
- Familiarity with Indian Railways maintenance standards and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret signalling drawings and technical documents.
- Strong troubleshooting and team supervision skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
