Designation: Legal Associate (2 positions)

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities:

- Review litigation and non-litigation documents with the highest productivity and accuracy, and determine the required response
- Drafting legal documents, including routine pleadings and motions, summons, complaints, affidavits, and other legal documents according to judicial procedures
- Researches and analyzes statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources
- Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, and other items.
- Update the immediate reporting authority about various case statuses
- Any other task related to Legal Services as assigned

Qualifications:

- A law degree with at least 3-4 years of work experience in litigation and non-litigation matters
- Demonstrated experience in working with US Laws will be preferred
- Researching case laws and other related material on relevant laws




- Exposure to handling Litigation and Arbitration proceedings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A self-starter, able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Solid analytical ability, logical, and problem-solving approach
- Must keep to the timelines, ensure outputs, and prepare reports
- Good written and oral communication skills in English, specifically US English
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
