Zarvonis Ventures is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across multiple digital products and applications.

The role involves independently managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad networks, while handling 4–5 applications simultaneously. You will be responsible for campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, creative testing, performance optimization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across 4–5 applications simultaneously.
- Drive user acquisition, retention, and ROI through data-driven marketing.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and retention.
- Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and campaigns.
- Work with product, design, and content teams to improve campaign performance.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms.




- Analyze performance data and share actionable insights and reports.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital/app advertising platforms.
- Experience managing campaigns for multiple consumer-facing apps or products.
- Strong understanding of user acquisition, funnel optimization, and campaign analytics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental startup workplace.
- Experience with AI marketing tools, creative optimization, or app growth is a plus.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
