- Responsible to support and develop a strong team of Express Courier in a manner that supports our goal of being Company of Choice
- Ensure effective cost management by leading negotiations with Co-loaders/ Vendors
- Manage service quality and monitor satisfaction levels for key customers, accompany Field Sales visit clients or prospective clients
- Directs budget preparation for Branch/Territory location; Setting, evaluating, and meeting and/or exceeding performance targets.
- Ensure effective customer service through a process oriented approach that delivers reliable and consistent service.
- Ensures direct reports negotiate, prepare and issues most favorable buying rate quotations internally and externally with Truck Vendors/Co-loaders
- Manages the business processes used to ensures the accuracy of reaching invoices to Customers, always monitor Customer Experience and if challenges must be addressed reporting manager as well Corporate office
- Establishes, monitors, and revises policies, procedures, and service standards for station operations; Directs and ensures compliance with established ICL -SBM corporate policies, procedures,



and standards in accordance with government regulations.
- Responsible for hiring, Quality Employment Necessary Requirement at Branch levels like Assistant, Executive, Sr. Executives
- Assigns work, sets completion dates, reviews work, and manages performance in accordance with organizational policies, procedures and performance management processes
- Manage Counter sales improvement programs and Ensure the station is running smoothly and efficiently, Manage staff directly and indirectly.
- Vigilance on Malpractices

Qualifications and Skills

- 2-4 years of sales & operations experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's
- Excellent written and verbal language skills in English
- Positive negotiation and communication skills are a must
- Self-motivated, independent and confident

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
