In this Role, You Will Be Responsible For:

- Advanced Cash Application: Accurately allocate incoming payments to relevant accounts, handling complex transactions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across teams to resolve intricate payment discrepancies.

- Financial Precision: Apply your deep understanding of accounting principles to ensure transaction accuracy.

- Process Leadership: Lead and oversee high-volume Cash Applications, ensuring meticulous processing.

- Efficient Lock Box Management: Take charge of optimizing procedures for the Lock Box process.

- SAP Expertise: Utilize your SAP proficiency to enhance financial data management.

- Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on cash application activities and outstanding payments.

- Process Enhancement: Identify and implement workflow improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

- Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

- Compliance and Controls: Adhere rigorously to company policies and financial regulations.

- Night Shift Contribution: Embrace working Night Shifts to support global operations effectively.

Requirements for this Role Include:

- Educational Excellence: Hold a B.Com degree with a strong academic focus on accounting principles.

- Extensive Experience: 2-4 years of experience in demonstrate a track record in complex cash applications within shared services or finance.

- Advanced Accounting Acumen: Exhibit a deep understanding of intricate accounting concepts.

- SAP Proficiency: Showcase expertise in SAP and preferably possess familiarity with Lock Box process.

- Attention to Detail: Maintain exceptional accuracy and meticulousness in all tasks.

- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Tackle complex discrepancies with solid analytical skills.

- Effective Communication: Possess excellent communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder interaction.
