We’re Hiring | Pre-Sales Executive | Hyderabad

Gem Elevators is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our Hyderabad team.

If you have experience in pre-sales, telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or lead generation, and enjoy interacting with customers and converting enquiries into business opportunities, we’d love to connect with you.

Location:

Hyderabad (On-site)

What We’re Looking For:

* Graduate in any discipline

* 1–3 years of relevant experience

* Strong communication skills in English & Telugu

* Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills

* Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office

* Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment

* Immediate joiners preferred

* Experience in the elevator, real estate, construction, or building materials industry is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries

* Contact and qualify leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and other sources





* Understand customer requirements and explain company products and services

* Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team

* Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates

* Maintain accurate lead information and update the CRM regularly

* Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-up on qualified leads

* Track lead status and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

* Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience
