As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap to guide the organization through change. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of operating models to ensure they support evolving business needs and technological advancements, fostering a cohesive and forward-looking architectural framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the development and communication of enterprise architecture principles and standards to ensure alignment across projects and teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate diverse technology solutions into a unified enterprise architecture.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture principles and best practices related to contact center solutions.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise-level communication platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware technologies to support seamless system interoperability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and sustainable technology implementations.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
