Job Title: Placement Coordinator

Location: Calicut, Kerala
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers are welcome)

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Placement Coordinator to support student placements and build strong connections with hiring companies. The ideal candidate should have good communication and coordination skills along with an interest in recruitment, career guidance, and corporate relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with companies and hiring partners
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities
- Guide students on career opportunities and job readiness
- Conduct resume building sessions, mock interviews, and LinkedIn workshops
- Track student placement progress and maintain placement records
- Coordinate with internal teams and employers for smooth hiring processes
- Support students in preparing for interviews and professional communication





Skills Required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable networking and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of digital and tech-related roles such as SEO, PPC, UI/UX, and Development
- Good analytical and counseling skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professional relationships

Qualification

- BBA / BCom / BCA / BTech / MBA (HR) or any relevant degree
- Any HR-related certification or course will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
