Job Description

A. Commercial Management (50%)

- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate client/vendor contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory norms.
- Billing & Invoicing: Raise customer invoices as per contract milestones, track collections, and manage accounts receivables.
- Cost Control: Monitor project/job costs, analyze variances, and prepare cost sheets for management review.
- Vendor Management: Onboard vendors, verify GST invoices, reconcile statements, and process vendor payments.
- Commercial Documentation: Maintain all commercial records (indents, LPOs, delivery challans) as per statutory audit requirements.
- Monthly MIS: Prepare commercial reports outstanding receivables, ageing analysis, contract profitability.

B. Payroll & Compliance (50%)

- Payroll Processing:



End-to-end monthly payroll for 100300 employees (depending on company size), including salary calculation, arrears, bonuses, deductions (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS).
- Statutory Compliance: Timely deposit and return filing for:
- PF (EPF) – ECR generation & challan
- ESI – monthly contributions
- Professional Tax (PT) – monthly/quarterly return
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) – as applicable for Bangalore

- Salary Bank File: Coordinate with bank for salary uploads and resolve rejection issues.
- Employee Queries: Address payroll-related queries (salary slips, tax deductions, reimbursement processing).
- Attendance Integration: Coordinate with HR/Admin for leave, overtime, and attendance data.
- Income Tax (TDS): Calculate employee TDS, collect investment proofs, and prepare Form 16 (in coordination with Accounts).
- Audit Support: Provide payroll and commercial data for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
