Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident Real Estate Sales Executive to join our property advisory team. In this role, you will guide clients through one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives: buying, selling, or investing in property. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, a polished skilled presence, and a sharp entrepreneurial mindset to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Consultation: Actively connect with prospective buyers, understand their lifestyle preferences and financial investment goals, and present the most suitable residential or commercial options.
- Property Site Visits: Lead comprehensive site walkthroughs, showcasing the project highlights, construction quality, floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood advantages.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Drive the sales process from initial inquiry to final booking. Masterfully handle client objections, manage price negotiations,



and coordinate booking formalities.
- Market Analysis & Network: Stay thoroughly updated on property market valuations, regulatory changes (like RERA, if applicable), and competitor project launches.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in Real Estate sales,
- Skills:
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
- Highly skilled in active listening and consultative, relationship-driven selling.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing techniques.
- Attributes: High emotional intelligence, professional corporate grooming, a resilient attitude, and the flexibility to work on weekends (when most property buyers visit sites).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,743.47 per month
