We are looking for a proactive and result-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying, connecting with, and generating qualified leads through LinkedIn and other B2B outreach channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
- Generate qualified B2B leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Manage CRM and maintain accurate lead records.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Track outreach performance and prepare regular reports.




- Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices and lead generation trends.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead research techniques.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Ability to meet lead generation targets and deadlines.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
