Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the entire post-sales customer lifecycle, including onboarding recent customers in coordination with the Sales team, Documentation, Resolving all customers queries.
Oversee demand note generation, call notices, payment reminders, Perform complex payment plan reconciliations and handle outstanding aging and default management.
Address legal and regulatory matters, including drafting formal replies to customer legal notices and RERA-related queries. Manage possession and registration processes in compliance with local land/registration laws.
Qualification
MBA is mandatory
Experience
8 to 10 years of rience in Real Estate CRM (Residential sector). Prior experience managing Senior Care Residential projects is a highly valued advantage.
