Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid – Remote + In-Person Support)

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Content & Operations Coordinator to support a fast-growing Buddhist and digital media organization.

This role combines social media management, content production, AI creativity, technical work, and hands-on community projects. The ideal candidate is hardworking, flexible, organized, and excited to work across creative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple social media accounts (Instagram and other platforms) with frequent daily posting across different themes and audiences
- Upload and manage long-form YouTube videos and digital content libraries
- Create AI-assisted visual content, artwork, creative assets, and media projects
- Produce YouTube screensaver / ambience videos and long-loop content (6+ hour looping videos)
- Maintain large media files and digital archives (candidate should have strong PC setup and storage capacity)
- Assist with video editing, uploads, content organization, and media workflows
- Support technical tasks, IT-related needs, file handling, and digital operations




- Assist with local community and charity projects in Bengaluru
- Occasionally visit locations in person, communicate with landlords / realtors, scout café-style spaces, and assist with project development
- Support flexible operational tasks when needed

Requirements:

- Strong home office setup
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Powerful PC / laptop with large storage capacity
- Experience with social media management and content workflows
- Creativity, artistic sense, and interest in AI tools
- Comfortable handling large files and long video exports
- Flexible mindset and willingness to assist in different areas
- Bengaluru-based and available for occasional in-person tasks

Preferred:

- Interest in Buddhism, charity work, mindfulness, culture, or educational projects
- Video editing experience
- Experience with YouTube, Instagram, AI image tools, or content creation systems

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
