The purpose of the role is to design, develop, implement, monitor, and standardize the Quality Management system to ensure product quality at each stage of material flow as per company, regulatory, and consumer expectations.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - 1) QMS: design, develop, implement, and monitoring of Quality management systems and processes across manufacturing units. 2) Problem-Solving: Conduct Trouble Shooting and help identify actions for addressing routine and non-routine quality issues identified. 3) Customer Complaints: timely investigation and resolution of customer complaints, monitoring the implementation of actions to prevent recurring complaints related w.r.t.
Product / Packaging Quality 4) Audits: conduct periodic Quality /Process audits at the manufacturing location to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements 5) NPD/ EPD : Engage with cross-functional teams during the development of recent products or changes in existing products. conduct a risk assessment and mitigation plan. 6) Vendor Management – Approval of new vendors, periodic vendor assessment, and improvement tracking along with unit QA 7) Documentation – Standardization of quality processes across all the locations through effective document control 8) Quality Improvement Projects – drive implementation of Quality improvement projects across units
