Job Title :- Outbound Sales Executive

Location :- Thane West / Juinagar (Navi Mumbai), Maharashtra

Experience Required

Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in BPO, Tele-sales, Customer Service, or Sales-related roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and promote financial products and services.
- Generate leads and support customer acquisition initiatives.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, features, and benefits.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support customer activation, engagement, and retention activities.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and share market feedback to improve customer outreach efforts.




- Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build customer relationships.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage customer information accurately.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in tele-sales, BPO, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
