We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Telecalling Sales Executive to handle customer interactions, support sales activities, and manage backend operations. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining services, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products/services and generate leads
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales
- Maintain and update customer databases and records
- Handle backend documentation and reporting tasks
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets
- Respond to customer queries in a professional manner

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)




- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, email handling)
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred
