Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our products/services, and generating leads from the provided database.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database.
- Explain company products/services and generate interest.
- Identify and qualify potential leads.
- Maintain records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
- Schedule follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team for lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass)



or Graduation.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English (preferred).
- Location: Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
