We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction projects to oversee and manage site execution activities for the Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Ensure quality control of civil works including RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and infrastructure works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Monitor labour productivity, material consumption, and site progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify measurements and assist in preparation of RA bills and quantity reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements at site.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation, checklists, and records.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely availability at site.




- Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution within timelines.

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional, residential, commercial, or government building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, quantity estimation, and quality control procedures.

Preferred Skills:

- Ability to handle site execution independently.
- Valuable communication and team management skills.
- Experience in CPWD/Government building projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
