Engagement - Resource will work as part of the existing support team
Key Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience in Routing and Switching technologies.
- Administration and troubleshooting of Cisco Nexus Switches and enterprise network infrastructure.
- Configuration and support of routers, switches, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP, OSPF, BGP, and static routing.
- Monitor and manage LAN, WAN, and Data Centre network environments.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, latency, and performance issues.
- Perform network health checks, upgrades, firmware updates, and configuration backups.
- Coordinate with OEM/vendors for complex issue resolution and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
- Prepare and maintain network documentation and operational procedures.
- Participate in 24x7 support operations and incident management.
