Salary: ₹22,000- ₹24,000 In-Hand (Based on Interview) + Attractive Incentives

₹9,000 Quarterly Bonus

Shift- Rotational Shift

Home Pick-Up & Drop Facility Available + Travling Allowance

5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Process Details:

- Provide technical support to US broadband customers
- Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, modem & router issues
- Resolve customer queries through Chat & Voice support
- Maintain service quality and update customer records

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate Freshers Can Apply
- HSC with Minimum 6 Months Experience (On Papers)
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Basic Technical Knowledge Required
- Note: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
