Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- - Minimum 6 years of experience including demonstrated on-the-job leadership of people and projects with at least 2 years of experience of architecting and designing applications using Salesforce and force.com platform and one or more of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Commerce Cloud / CPQ / Communities / NPSP.

- - Have at least 3-4 projects end to end implementation experience.

- - Key Technology experience in Java/.Net, Force.com, Web Services, Jquery, Bootstrap.

- - Experience with Lightning (mandatory), Enterprise Design Patterns, and Enterprise Integration including ETL tools.

- - Ability to lead client engagements that involve non-technical users and create requirements and technical solution.

- - Should have good understanding of product life cycle and have been involved in designing and developing products. Understands product roadmap and change management.

- - Good understanding of SCRUM and Agile development methodologies.

- - Should have the ability to multi-task and lead internal company initiatives on the technical front to build a Salesforce COE.

- - Should be willing to travel as and when required.

- Required Skills:

- - Salesforce Admin & PD-1 certifications mandatory.

- - Lead client engagements by defining advanced architecture, solutions, and platform-specific best practices.

- - Design enterprise-level solutions and integration strategies.

- - Participate in pre-sales activities and proposal responses.

- - Deliver end-to-end product lifecycle analysis, design, development, testing, delivery, and maintenance.
