Looking for a Financial / Business Analyst Manager to develop product/service costing, analyze pricing strategies, improve profitability, and support commercial decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in cost analysis, pricing models, budgeting, and financial reporting while working closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare product/service costing and pricing models.
- Analyze costs, margins, and profitability.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Evaluate pricing strategies based on market trends and competition.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve business profitability.
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for commercial decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and costing standards.

Desired Profile:

- CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of experience in costing, pricing, financial analysis, or commercial finance.




- Solid knowledge of Excel, ERP systems, and financial modelling.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
