Job Summary

Warehouse International Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with 4–5 years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industrial products, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, manufacturing companies, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms,



and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order execution, production planning, and dispatch.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and maintain CRM records.
- Travel as required for customer meetings and business development.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Industrial B2B Sales.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to generate new business and manage key accounts.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, material handling systems, conveyors, or related engineering products will be an added advantage.
- Positive understanding of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
