The ideal candidate has an eye for ethnic fashion, loves styling customers, and knows how to close a sale while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly welcome and assist customers as they enter the boutique.
- Understand customer preferences and suggest ethnic wear outfits that match their style, occasion, and fit.
- Actively upsell and cross-sell accessories or matching pieces.
- Maintain the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring all displays, racks, and new arrivals are neatly organized.
- Handle inventory management on the floor, updating stock requirements.
- Build a loyal customer base by ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining contact for current collections.
