Key Responsibilities

Account Management

 Drive and execute annual business plans aligned with quarterly growth objectives.

 Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance, category growth, and market trends.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Store Managers,

Team Leaders, and Category Managers.

 Negotiate promotional plans, pricing strategies, and trade agreements to maximize

profitability and market share.

Distribution & Execution

 Collaborate closely with trade teams to strengthen in-store execution and brand

visibility.

 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure stock availability

and avoid stockouts.

 Ensure optimal product placement across modern trade outlets to enhance brand recall

and sales throughput.

 Track competitor activities, industry trends, and customer feedback to identify growth

opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

 Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and

Operations for seamless execution of business plans.





 Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and fulfilment of

customer requirements.

Reporting & Receivables

 Manage account receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.

 Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all assigned accounts.

Desired Skills & Competencies

 Solid organizational and multitasking abilities with experience managing multiple

accounts simultaneously.

 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

 Strong ownership mindset with high accountability and execution focus.

 Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and energetic workplace while delivering

solution-oriented outcomes.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
