About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in IT Staff Augmentation, Contract Staffing, C2H, C2C, and Permanent Hiring who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-driven setting.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong network of IT professionals, consultants, implementation partners, and vendors, with the ability to close niche technical requirements within aggressive timelines. In addition to individual contribution, the role also involves mentoring recruiters, driving delivery excellence, and collaborating closely with Sales and Delivery teams to support client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract, C2H, C2C, Staff Augmentation, and Permanent hiring.
- Source, screen, negotiate, and onboard technical professionals across various technologies.
- Build and maintain a strong network of consultants, candidates, and staffing vendors.
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Hiring Managers to fulfill client and internal hiring requirements.




- Ensure timely closures while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
- Mentor recruiters, monitor team performance, and drive recruitment best practices.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of IT Recruitment experience
- Proven experience in IT Staff Augmentation
- Strong exposure to Contract Staffing
- Expertise in C2H and C2C hiring
- Vendor Management experience
- Excellent Boolean Search and Talent Mapping skills
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing expertise
- Experience using Naukri, ATS platforms, job portals, and referrals
- Outstanding negotiation and offer management skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple critical positions simultaneously

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Industry: IT Services / IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days preferred
- Work Location: Bengaluru (Work from Home)

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
