We are looking for motivated and result-driven Medical Representatives (MR) to promote our pharmaceutical products and build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and distributors in the assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Promote company products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals
✔ Generate new business opportunities and leads in the assigned territory
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✔ Conduct doctor visits and product presentations regularly
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals
✔ Ensure product availability at pharmacies and distributors
✔ Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management
✔ Organize and participate in medical camps, product awareness programs,



and promotional activities
✔ Maintain daily sales reports and doctor visit records

Required Skills

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good sales and negotiation abilities
✔ Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market trends
✔ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
✔ Basic understanding of territory management

Qualification :
✔ 1–3 years experience as a Medical Representative preferred
✔ Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
