Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Utilize Marketing Cloud Connect to integrate Salesforce CRM with Marketing Cloud for seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and optimize customer journeys and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices in software development.
- Provide technical support and training to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital marketing.
Mandatory Skills:
- Solid expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Proficient in SQL and data manipulation for reporting and analysis.
- Experience with AMPscript and Journey Builder.
- Solid understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
