Position Details
Position: Sales Manager / Merchandiser (Export)
Employment Type: Full time
Work Mode: On-Site
Shift: Day Shift
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Candidate Requirements Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in Sales, Export Merchandising, or Business Development.
Preferred Age
30–40 years
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage export sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and internal departments for timely order execution.
- Prepare quotations, documentation, and export-related reports.
- Monitor order progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the export market.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Contribute to achieving company sales targets and business growth.
