Roles and Responsibilities

- Experience developing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or other ITSM application.
- Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs, Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup, and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.
- Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell).
- Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, ServiceNow Flow Designer development and workflow administration, reports and dashboards setup, data imports and exports, integration, scripting, third-party software integrations, and custom application development.
- Build Custom apps / Customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
- Be responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integrations.




- Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades to certify all applications for use after the upgrade.
- Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with 4+ years of experience on ServiceNow Platform.
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience preferably in IT space.
- Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹830,007.88 - ₹1,825,227.71 per year
