Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while overseeing the implementation process to deliver high-quality software products. The role also includes troubleshooting issues and continuously improving application performance and functionality to support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project progress and resolve conflicts.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance applications to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP MDG framework.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
