We are looking for an experienced ERP Sales Consultant who understands the Indian manufacturing sector and has hands-on experience in selling ERP solutions such as ERPNext, Odoo, Zoho platforms.

- The ideal candidate should have either: Strong ERP software sales experience in India

OR

- Functional/domain expertise in manufacturing operations with the ability to consult and sell ERPsolutions

This role requires understanding business pain points, conducting discovery meetings, consulting clients, andclosing ERP implementation deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate current business opportunities in manufacturing industries

Meet factory owners, directors, operations heads, CFOs, and decision-makers

Understand client workflows across:

Production, Inventory, Purchase, Supply Chain, Accounts, Quality Control, HR & Payroll

- Conduct requirement gathering and business process discussions
- Present ERP solutions aligned with customer pain points
- Coordinate product demos with technical/implementation teams
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and sales presentations
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build strong long-term relationships with manufacturing clients
- Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking




- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills:

- Prior ERP selling experience in India (preferred)
- Understanding of manufacturing business processes
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to handle B2B enterprise sales
- Confidence in factory visits and in-person client meetings
- Proposal writing and negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up and deal-closing mindset

Preferred Background

- Experience selling ERP solutions like ERPNext, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Experience in manufacturing operations, plant management, supply chain, production planning, or industrial consulting
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation from a business perspective

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
