Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding students in choosing the right courses and converting inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping students build their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Counsel students regarding courses like Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, UI/UX, Tally, etc.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain student database and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with trainers and management for batch scheduling
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Provide career guidance and course information clearly
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
