Job Summary

We are hiring a Project Engineer with experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out projects to oversee site execution, coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time with the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Manage day-to-day site activities, manpower, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Monitor project schedules and achieve project milestones.
- Plan and track material requirements and site resources.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at the project site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Attend site meetings and resolve execution-related issues.




- Coordinate project handover and snag rectification.

Requirements

- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–8 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out projects.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, finishing works, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Bangalore.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference.
