Job Summary:

Carrer Growth:

Business Associate → Corporate Trainer → Corporate Team Leader → Assistant Business Head → Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Sales - Develop and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, and work closely with the sales team.

HR, Finance & Administration - Gain exposure and training in HR processes, financial handling, and administrative tasks.





Customer Acquisition & Brand Promotion - Engage in activities to attract new customers and enhance brand visibility.

Education: UG: Any Graduate, PG: Any Postgraduate (0 to 1) yrs exp

Required Qualification:

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Immediate joiners preferred

Dynamic and adaptable personality, ready to take on challenges

Salary package: Up to ₹20,000 PM (performance-based)

Perks: Travel Exposure - Based on performance, opportunities to travel across cities for business exposure and networking.
