Business Growth & Client Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle email marketing campaigns and client outreach.
- Generate new B2B business opportunities across various industries.
- Promote the company's Recruitment and Manpower Supply services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Coordinate manpower requirements and IT hiring calls.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Maintain client databases and prepare daily activity reports.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
- Strong email drafting and professional communication skills.




- Confidence in interacting with corporate clients.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, manpower services, or B2B client handling is preferred.
- Self-motivated with good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Salary: As per experience + Performance Incentives

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,975.85 - ₹25,000.00 per month
