Oversee and manage all daily travel operations including flight, hotel, transport bookings, and itineraries. Supervise travel consultants and support staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer service excellence. Establish and maintain robust relationships with travel vendors and partners. Monitor and manage travel budgets, cost efficiency, and financial reporting. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely, effective resolution. Ensure compliance with travel policies, visa regulations, and health & safety protocols. Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Analyze travel trends, supplier performance, and client feedback to improve service delivery. Train and develop team members; lead performance evaluations and provide ongoing support. Collaborate with other departments such as finance, HR, and sales to support organizational goals.
