We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with hands-on knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Site Executionto join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing project execution while handling cost management and quantity surveying activities from project commencement to billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs and project estimates.
- Perform Quantity Take-Off (QTO) from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare project cost estimates and monitor project costs.
- Plan and coordinate day-to-day site execution activities.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills.
- Verify and certify subcontractor bills.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, material consumption, and cost control.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in building construction.
- Hands-on experience in:
- BOQ Preparation
- Quantity Take-Off
- Estimation & Costing
- RA Billing
- Subcontractor Billing
- Site Execution & Planning
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
