Role Objective: Drive sales of Kava India’s upcoming Villas & Villaments in Assagao, Goa, while building a strong sales pipeline and network for Kava’s future real estate developments and expansion plans.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the Assagao project.
- Lead Conversion: Manage and convert leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, walk-ins and channel partners.
- Site Visits & Closures: Drive quality site visits, follow-ups, negotiations and bookings.
- Channel Partner Network: Build and manage a strong network of brokers and channel partners across Goa and key feeder markets.
- Local Market Development: Develop strong relationships with HNIs, investors, NRI buyers, brokers and local referral networks in Goa.
- Sales Pipeline: Maintain a robust CRM and ensure regular follow-up, accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking.
- Market Intelligence: Track competing projects, pricing,
inventory and customer preferences across the Goa luxury residential market.
- Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and digital agency to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Customer Experience: Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through site visit, negotiation, booking and handover coordination.
- Sales Reporting: Provide weekly reports on leads, site visits, conversions, bookings, channel performance and projected closures.
- Future Expansion: Build and maintain a strong buyer and channel-partner database for Kava India’s future projects and expansion plans in Goa and other markets.
