About the Role

1SourceBPO is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to sell BPO services to clients in the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. We're looking for professionals from the Indian BPO industry with a proven record of closing international contracts.

Key Responsibilities
Build recent client partnerships; manage inbound and outbound opportunities
Prepare proposals and conduct Zoom meetings
Negotiate and close contracts
Meet monthly sales targets

Required Experience
5–8 years in international BPO sales, with proven US client deal closures
Experience selling: Customer/Technical Support, Remote Staffing, Virtual Assistants, Back Office Services,



Lead Generation/Appointment Setting, Data Entry, Accounting Support, AI-enabled Outsourcing, Healthcare BPO, LPO, IT Outsourcing, or RPO

Required Skills
Cold calling, prospecting.
Pipeline management, proposal writing, negotiation, objection handling.
Strong communication.
Proficient in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office/Google Workspace, and Zoom.

Preferred Tools
HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, Slack, MS Teams, and AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
