Role: Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Native Fund Accounting, Grant & Donor Management)
Experience: 8–12+ Years (5+ Years D365 F&O;, 3+ Years Power Platform/Dataverse)

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement nonprofit finance solutions using native Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse (No ISV solutions like Serenic Navigator or Tangicloud).
Configure Fund Accounting in D365 F&O; using Financial Dimensions, Budget Control, Commitment Accounting, Chart of Accounts, and financial reporting.
Build fund-level reports, restricted/unrestricted fund tracking, and Power BI dashboards.
Configure Grant Management using Power Platform/Dataverse, including grant lifecycle, awards, disbursements, workflows, security roles, and reporting.
Configure Donor Management using Dynamics 365 Fundraising & Engagement, including donor profiles, gifts, pledges, campaigns, and donor journeys.




Design Dual-write/DMF/OData integrations between Dataverse and D365 F&O; for grants, donors, gifts, and financial transactions.
Ensure reconciliation, data integrity, and stakeholder reporting across finance and fundraising.
Required Skills:
8+ years of D365 Functional Consulting experience.
Strong expertise in D365 Finance & Operations , Financial Dimensions, Budget Control, and Commitment Accounting.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Automate , and Grant Management template.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Fundraising & Engagement/Nonprofit Accelerator .
Robust knowledge of Dual-write , OData, or Data Management Framework integrations.
Solid understanding of nonprofit fund accounting, grant compliance, and donor management.
Microsoft Certifications (MB-300, MB-310, PL-200) preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with finance, fundraising, and technical teams.
