Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.

* Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of LT & HT electrical panels and associated electrical systems.

* Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize machine downtime.

* Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.

* Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

* Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.

* Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.

* Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.

* Lead and guide the maintenance team to achieve operational efficiency.

* Support installation,



commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment.

Required Skills:

* Strong knowledge of LT & HT Panels

* Hands-on experience with AutoCAD

* Expertise in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting

* Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

* Team Handling & Leadership

* Knowledge of Electrical Safety Standards

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* 8+ years of relevant maintenance experience in an electrical panel manufacturing or industrial environment.

* Robust problem-solving and leadership skills.

* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
